Return Policy

The Cycle Barn’s customer service goal is simple:  We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction.  Every time.  Guaranteed.  If we overlooked a flaw that was not described, it was unintentional!  Contact us at:  TheCycleBarn@gmail.com, or call us at 208.669.1500. 

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your order.  Simply return the item and we will refund your purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.  If it was an error made by The Cycle Barn, we will refund the full purchase price, including shipping.  Please contact us before returning an item to get a Return Authorization Number.  No returns are accepted without an authorized return number and the invoice.

We will not take returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • If the order was placed more than 30 days ago
  • If the item has been used or modified
  • If the customer damaged the product through misuse or during installation

Refunds will not be issued if the item returned does not match the original photograph of the item at the time of sale.  Photographs are kept on file and are used to validate authenticity.

 

Q:  The item(s) I ordered was damaged / defective upon arrival.  Can I get a replacement part?

A:  If the item ordered was a used part, we will attempt to replace it with another similar item and cover the shipping cost.  However, there are many parts we only have one of in our inventory.  Should we be unable to provide a replacement, we will return the purchase price plus shipping cost after proof of damage is verified.

 

Q:  Can I exchange or return the item purchased for personal reasons?  (Example:  changed mind, ordered the wrong part, or part does not fit my particular make or model)

A:  Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee in this case.

Shipping Policies

Our shipping department takes great care in packaging your item so that you will receive it undamaged.  Insurance is available upon request.  If you wish to have the item insured, please inform us prior to making payment so we can determine the cost of insurance and add it to your invoice.

Every effort is made to ship your item(s) as quickly as possible.  Your order will be shipped the next business day after payment is received.  Please contact us for a tracking number if you wish to receive one.  Note:  International shipments can take up to 5 days for a tracking number to be assigned, so please wait 6 days before contacting us.
