FAQ

Q:  Do you offer international shipping?

A:  Yes, we ship worldwide; however,the shipping and handling fee quoted is for the ContinentalUnited Statesonly.  Please email for the cost to ship to locations outside of the US.  Please note: Some items are too large or too heavy to ship internationally. If you have any questions, please email us.

 

Q:  Do you have other used parts available?

A:  Yes.  All parts are listed on our website, and additional items are added daily.  However, if you don’t find what you’re looking for, please contact us and we will check to see if we have what you need on another motorcycle waiting to be taken apart.

 

Q:  Do you have new parts available?

A:  Yes.  We have access to thousands of new parts through our suppliers.  Please contact us and we will help you find what you need.

 

Q:  Do you offer a combined shipping discount?

A:  Discounted shipping is available. However, not all items can be shipped together due to size, weight, or when a more fragile part might be broken by a heavier part. 

 

Q:  Do you allow local pickup at your location?

A:  Yes, local pick up is available.  Please call or email us to make arrangements.

 

Q:  How long will it take to get my order?

A:  Every effort is made to ship your item(s) as quickly as possible.  Your order will be shipped the next business day after payment is received.  Arrival time will vary depending on your location.  Please note: Occasionally there are delays with the postal system that are beyond our control.

 

Q:  Can my item be insured?

A:  Our shipping department takes great care in packaging your item so that you will receive it undamaged.  Insurance is available upon request. If you wish to have the item insured, please inform us prior to making payment so we can determine the cost of insurance and add it to your invoice.

 

Q:  Are there any handling charges?

A:  Our handling charge is very minimal and is included in the stated shipping amount for domestic shipping.  This charge helps to cover a portion of the expenses and fees we incur.  If you feel there is a mistake in the shipping amount, please contact us before you purchase.

 

Q:  Do I have to pay sales tax?

A:  All Idaho customers will be charged the standard sales tax rate.

 

Q:  What about Declared Value, Taxes, and Duties on international orders?

A:  Declared Value will always be the price that was paid for the item(s) ordered.  It is illegal not to declare the true value on customs.  Your order will be declared as ‘goods or merchandise’ – it is illegal to declare it as a gift if it’s not so.  Any taxes and duties applicable within your country of residence are your sole responsibility.

 

Q:  Do you know if this part will fit my bike?

A:  If we know a part will interchange, we will state so in the description.  Otherwise, we suggest you check with your local dealer or research online.
